Policy implication
This counts groups and not members, and it is cumulative, so it includes groups that have since stopped meeting. The denominator is the whole population while the Mission works in rural areas, which pulls down heavily urban states and territories. Delhi and Chandigarh are outside the Mission and are grey. Membership by state, which the older map showed, is not in this table.
